- Apple could start using its own processors instead of Intel's in its Macs by 2020
- Apple could start producing microLED screens for Apple Watches this year and might use the screens in AR glasses and future iMacs
- The new Mac Pro is coming in 2019
- OnePlus confirm some specs of the OnePlus 6 and that you will be able to hide its notch
- New wireless OnePlus Bullets earphones could be announced alongside the OnePlus 6
- Samsung is apparently working on Galaxy A6 and A6+ mid-range phones with Infinity Displays
- Galaxy S6 will no longer receive software or security updates
- Samsung announce the Notebook Odyssey Z gaming laptop with great specs
- The Pixel 3 is definitely coming, possibly alongside a mid-range Pixel
- LG G7 ThinQ rumoured renders published online
- The Moto G6 could be announced on the 19th of April

- The Essential Phone gets Android 8.1 Oreo
- The LG G7 could be announced in April and released in May, followed by the V35 in November

Episode 11 (9th February 2018): Intel's new glasses have an ad-Vaunt-age over Google Glass

CORRECTION: The Oukitel U18's dual camera has 16MP and 5MP lenses, not 16MP and 13MP as I said in this episode.
This week on the Friday News Update:
- Intel announces the new Vaunt smart glasses, which use lasers to project notifications, directions and apps onto your eyes
- Oukitel announces the £140 U18 smartphone that copies both the iPhone X and Huawei Mate 10 Pro, with a 21:9 screen, an iPhone X style notch and facial recognition
- Apple starts sending out HomePods, but have an otherwise bad week with code from an iOS security feature posted online, worrying people that hackers could use it to create dangerous viruses, iPhone 7 and X bugs and AirPods apparently... exploding
- Huawei release the budget Honor 9 Lite and Huawei P Smart with bezel-less screens and dual cameras in the UK, and also announce that the Huawei P20 will be announced on the 27th of March. Plus images of the P20 Lite emerge online
- HTC U12 apparently caught on camera at a 5G event
- Google could be working on a game streaming service
- LG could announce a V30s at MWC with an AI camera feature

Episode 10 (2nd February 2018): Will the new Elephone be the smartphone for U?

- An examination of the Google app reveals that you'll soon be able to change the 'OK, Google' wake word
- OnePlus have introduced iPhone X-like gestures in the latest OnePlus 5 and 5T beta
- Nokia have released a 4G version of the 3310
- Samsung will release the Galaxy X this year
- iOS 12 won't introduce many new features, but Apple will introduce support for iPad apps on macOS
- Surface Pro 4 owners are reporting a screen flickering issue that can only be (temporarily) fixed by putting the laptop in a freezer
- Galaxy S9 will get 'Intelligent Scan' unlock method and 'stickers with depth control' are coming to the S9+, plus photos of the phones and camera samples emerge online
